Why Run?
Running allow me to be active despite having a busy schedule juggling responsibilities. It is one of the ways I interact with people in the community and is one of my outlets to relieve stress and touch grass (quite literally when you fall 😆)

🎯 My Goals
- Be Active (Minimum of 2 Runs per Week)
- 5 Km Goals
- Complete before 1 hour
- Complete before 50 minutes
- Complete before 40 minutes
- Complete before 30 minutes
- 10 Km Goal
- Complete after 1 hour and 30 minutes
- Complete after 1 hour and 15 minutes
- Run for 16 Km by December 2025
- Run for Half Marathon by May 2026
- Run for a Marathon May 2027
