Why Run?

Running allow me to be active despite having a busy schedule juggling responsibilities. It is one of the ways I interact with people in the community and is one of my outlets to relieve stress and touch grass (quite literally when you fall 😆)

🎯 My Goals

  1. Be Active (Minimum of 2 Runs per Week)
  2. 5 Km Goals
    1. Complete before 1 hour
    2. Complete before 50 minutes
    3. Complete before 40 minutes
    4. Complete before 30 minutes
  3. 10 Km Goal
    1. Complete after 1 hour and 30 minutes
    2. Complete after 1 hour and 15 minutes
  4. Run for 16 Km by December 2025
  5. Run for Half Marathon by May 2026
  6. Run for a Marathon May 2027
